1. Clean, Neat, Responsible.
2. Can pay rent on time. All the time.
3. Credit Score: 680-700+ home dependent,
4. Rent to Income Ratio: 30%. No debt in collections.
5. Clean background check.
6. Dog Friendly. (no more than 2). Up to date on vaccines and rabies.
7. No Cats. No exceptions.
8. Absolutely NO SMOKING. Anywhere on the property.
9. No illegal drugs on the premises.

Showings only in person. Applications for all of our properties go through Zillow when they are available.
